Return & Refund Policy

At Golden Thread Quilts, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or made-to-order quilt products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goldenthreadquilts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
